• Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
• Voice data: your spoken conversations are processed for speech-to-text and to generate replies.
• Learning data: your mistakes, new vocabulary, language level and session reports are stored in your account.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as request times) are kept to improve the service and debug issues.

2. How we use information

• To provide the service: process conversations, correct mistakes, build session reports and personalize your learning path.
• To improve the product: analyzing aggregated data to improve response quality and features.
• To communicate with you: notifying you about important service changes.

3. Sharing with third parties

• We do not sell your personal data. Data is only processed by the following providers, which are essential to the service:
• Google (Gemini): conversation processing, text generation and embeddings.
• Speech-to-text provider: converting your voice into text for processing.
• Translation provider: showing word meanings in your native language.
• These providers are bound to process data under their agreements with us.

4. Limited use of Google user data

• Myna's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Under this commitment, we do not transfer Google user data to humans, except in the limited exceptions allowed by that policy (such as security, legal obligations, or fixing bugs with your consent).
• We do not use this data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it to third parties for advertising.

5. Data retention and security

• Data is stored on our servers and reputable providers and transmitted over secure (TLS) connections.
• Your data is retained while your account is active; deleting your account deletes your data.

6. Your rights

• Access and receive a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data (via profile settings or by email request)
• Object to the processing of your data

7. Children

Myna is not designed for children under 13. For users below the age of majority, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
